  MOTORCYCLE TAIWAN 2012, the world's o­nly vertically integrated professional motorcycle trade show opens in mid-April to stage the hottest stuff in the trade. It joins a global selection o­n everything from complete motorcycle, scooters and ATVs, down to motorcycle parts and accessories, engines, frames, noise & emission inspection equipment, maintenance equipment, manufacturing equipment, custom and modified bikes & parts.

 

 

MOTORCYCLE TAIWAN paves the way forward at TWTC Exhibition Hall 1 April 12 to 15 when it couples up with three related events. These added three are EV TAIWAN (Taiwan Int’l Electric Vehicles Show), TAIPEI AMPA (Taipei Int’l Auto Parts & Accessories Show) and AutoTronics Taipei (Taipei Int’l Automobile Electronics Show), and they form o­ne AWESOME. WOW 4-in-1 trade hub that can’t be ignored.

 

 

Motorcycle Taiwan features Taiwan's best

 

 

The Taiwan External Trade and Development Council (TAITRA) and the Taiwan Transportation Vehicle Association are gearing up for the 2012 Taiwan International Motorcycle Show (Motorcycle Taiwan) in April, an annual show for the island's motorcycle industry. Now in its seventh year, this year promises to be the best yet and is set to break last year's record of over 18,000 visitors.

 

 

The four-day event will be held at the TWTC Exhibition Hall 1, in the heart of the city's finacial district, and will feature the best of Taiwan's motorcycles, scooters and all-terrain vehicles (ATVS) as well as engines, parts, frames, accessories and equipment for noise and emission inspection, maintenance and component and accessory manufacturing.

 

 

The o­nly international motorcycle show in Asia, and the world's o­nly vertically integrated venue (whole bike and parts) attracts hundreds of international media and buyers, including big brands such as Japan's Yamaha and Germany's BMW Motorrad, Korea's LG Innotek and Indonesia's PT Astra Otoparts.

 

Last year, a record 1,661 international visitors, mostly from Japan, China and USA, attended the event, as well as over 16,000 domestic visitors and 268 media, an overall growth of 53%.

 

 

Exhibition activities

 

 

TAITRA has organized a series of events to run along side the main show, including an industry forum, a test and ride event, new product announcements and procurement meetings.

 

 

There will also be a Customized Bike Show for the growing customized motorcycle investors and enthusiasts, which go to number of underscore Taiwan's art, innovation and skill in this growing sector. Taiwanese motorcycles manufacturers can provide everything from engine accessories, exterior decoration, shock absorbers to lights and data recorders for customized motorcycles.

 

 

Motorcycle Taiwan will be held conjunction with two other shows: the 28th Taipei International Auto Parts and Accessories Show and the 7th Taipei International Automobiles Electronics Show at NANGANG Exhibition Hall, making Taipei the o­ne-stop for motorcycles and parts.
